Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Lunarodas website ("the Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Additionally, when using certain services, you shall be subject to any posted rules or guidelines applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such rules or guidelines are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.
Description of Service
Lunarodas provides users with access to a unique platform that ranks and tracks the history and performance of football teams since 1872. You understand and agree that the service may include advertisements necessary for Lunarodas to provide the service. You also understand and agree that the service may include certain communications from Lunarodas, such as service announcements, administrative messages, and updates.
Registration and Use of the Site
To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Lunarodas reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, damage, or disparage any other party. You also agree not to: Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site. Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law. Collect or store personal data about other users.

Termination
Lunarodas may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Lunarodas makes no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. In no event shall Lunarodas, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Site, even if Lunarodas or a Lunarodas authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Changes to the Terms of Service
Lunarodas reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
